LONGITUDINAL SUBMERGED ARC WELDING (LSAW)

Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding is a specific welding technique used in pipe production where the finished product requires a particularly high wall thickness due to high internal or external pressures.

When operational conditions require high wall thickness due to high internal or external pressures, LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding) pipes are commonly the most economical solution. Good performances on high pressure resistance, and low-temperature corrosion resistance.

SPIRAL SUBMERGED ARC WELDING (SSAW)

SSAW steel pipe, also known as spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe, is a spiral welded steel pipe produced by double-sided submerged arc welding. Spiral welded pipes are formed using narrower sheets or hot rolled coils, which greatly reduces their production costs. The spiral welding process allows the production of large diameter pipes suitable for transporting large quantities of oil and gas and for infrastructure projects, piling industries, casing piles, marine and port works.

SEAMLESS STEEL PIPE

ERW/HFW PIPES

ERW pipe is the acronym for electrical resistance welded steel pipe, and HFW pipe represents high-frequency welding (HFW) steel pipe & tube. The pipes are made from steel coil and the weld seam runs parallel to the pipe. And it is one of the most versatile tools in agriculture, industry, and construction activities.
